Returns

ANNLIZ hopes you will love her products. However if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order here is what you should do.

ANNLIZ return policy:
  1. Email to info@annliz.com within 14 days after you have received the product(s). If you do not notify ANNLIZ within this period you will not receive a refund, unless the products are faulty. Please include the following in your email:

    • The reason for returning the product(s)
    • The original order and invoice number
    • Your bank account details - including IBAN or BIC/SWIFT code - you want ANNLIZ to transfer your refund
  2. Following your e-mail to ANNLIZ about your wish to return the product(s), please send the product(s) within 14 days after receiving them.
  3. You can only return the product(s) if they are undamaged and unused. Retuned product(s) that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be send back to you. They need to have ther original packaging and labels.
  4. You can send the product(s) in their original condition to:

  5. You will be responsible for the delivery charges, the transaction costs (between 3% - 4%) and the charges of returning the product(s) unless there is an accountable error on our part or you have received faulty product(s).
  6. Any import taxes and customs duties must be covered by you.
  7. The goods are your responsibility until we have received them at ANNLIZ (see address above).
  8. You have a legal duty to take care of products you are returning. Please ensure that the products are returned to us undamaged and unused. 
  9. ANNLIZ is sorry but she cannot accept a return of lingerie & underwear unless they are faulty.
